As an initiative dedicated to sustainable biomedical solutions and enhanced patient well-being, ETH | CURE connects research teams across the ETH domain and selected strategic partners that share our mission.

The ETH | CURE framework encourages an exploratory mindset and constructive thinking. We advocate a scientific discovery concept that shifts the conventional process of screening for new molecules towards a more systematic approach. It seeks to design, prioritize, and fine-tune drug candidates with higher precision, reducing the reliance on costly and time-consuming trial-and-error experiments, expanding the range of potential drug candidates, and exploring innovative treatment options.

ETH | CURE enhances collaboration with and complements other interconnected initiatives at ETH Zurich. It interfaces with national and international initiatives in applied AI for drug discovery. By fostering an open and collaborative ecosystem, our vision is to create a collective effort in the field of computational biomedicine that accelerates advancements and maximizes impact.
